MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay — The World Series of Poker Circuit is heading back to Latin America this spring, with an eight-day festival at Casino Carrasco in Montevideo, Uruguay, running May 18-25.
The 2026 WSOPC Montevideo will feature 12 gold ring events alongside a slate of side events and live satellites. The $1,700 Main Event kicks off May 21 across multiple Day 1 flights.
Satellites Launch March 30 on GGPoker
Players can qualify online through GGPoker, which opens its WSOPC Montevideo satellite series on March 30. Qualifiers run through May 10 and span a range of buy-in levels to suit players at every bankroll.
The top qualifier is the $215 Weekly Finale, held Sundays at 23:00 (UTC+0), with at least one direct Main Event seat guaranteed. Players looking to step up through the ladder can enter $5 Daily Steps running Monday through Friday from 19:00 to 23:00 (UTC+0), along with additional $5 Sunday Step events from 16:00 to 20:00 (UTC+0), plus $22 and $33 Sunday Step options in the evening. There is also a $33 Daily Step running at 00:00 (UTC+0) Monday through Friday.
The lowest-cost route in is the Saturday Freeroll at 20:30 (UTC+0), which awards five $215 tickets to qualifiers at no charge.
Ring Event Champions Earn WSOP Paradise Packages
Every WSOPC ring event winner takes home the gold circuit ring, their share of the prize pool, and a $5,000 tournament package to the 2026 WSOP Paradise in the Bahamas, scheduled for December.
