The Big Deal for One Drop Charity Poker Tournament will return to Resorts World Las Vegas on November 21, 2025, coinciding with Formula 1 Race Week on the Strip. Created by Cirque du Soleil founder and One Drop Foundation creator Guy Laliberté, the event brings together poker, philanthropy, and motorsport in a high-profile Las Vegas showcase.

$5,300 Buy-In with Charitable Support

This year’s buy-in is $5,300, with $1,000 of each entry allocated to the One Drop Foundation and $4,000 directed to the prize pool. The day opens with a welcome reception at 11 a.m. PT, followed by tournament action at noon inside Allē Lounge on 66, offering panoramic views of the city.

Stars from Poker, Hollywood, and Formula 1

The 2025 edition will feature an eclectic mix of celebrities, racing figures, and poker professionals.

  • Phil Hellmuth will serve as master of ceremonies.
  • Jennifer Tilly returns after reaching the 2024 final table.
  • Former Formula 1 driver David Coulthard is confirmed to compete.

Last year’s field included Coulthard, Martin Brundle, Mika Häkkinen, Otmar Szafnauer, Alex Wurz, Antonio Esfandiari, Maria Ho, Daniel “Jungleman” Cates, Tony Dunst, Matt Savage, and Jeff Gross. Defending champion Derek Adamian is also expected to return. A charity auction will further highlight the event.

Fan Prix Partnership Expands the Festival

For 2025, the tournament partners with Fan Prix, an interactive motorsport festival scheduled for November 20–22 at The Complex at Resorts World. Fans can look forward to:

  • Driver meet-and-greets
  • Immersive racing activities
  • “Romain’s Paddock 28,” hosted by former F1 driver Romain Grosjean

The collaboration connects the atmosphere of Formula 1 with the competitive spirit of live poker, creating a unique entertainment experience.

Driving Global Water Initiatives

Since 2012, the One Drop Foundation has raised more than $26 million to provide sustainable access to safe water worldwide. With 2.2 billion people still lacking clean water at home, the foundation continues to make a tangible difference in communities around the globe.

Resorts World Las Vegas President & CFO Carlos Castro said:

“The Big Deal for One Drop made a strong impact during Race Week in 2024. Its return reflects the strength of our partnership with One Drop and the importance of their mission.”

Founder Guy Laliberté added:

“We’ve added a prize pool this year, so it’s next-level win-win with Phil Hellmuth, Jennifer Tilly, some poker and racing community friends – all for a great cause.”

He emphasized that the expanded format enhances both player incentives and charitable contributions.
