European Deepstack Poker Championship and ACOP Lead Feb. 19 to March 1 Series at Bonnington Hotel Conference Centre
WPT Global has opened online qualifiers for the Dublin Poker Festival, a live series running Feb. 19 to March 1 at the Bonnington Hotel Conference Centre. The festival features more than €400,000 in guaranteed prize pools, led by the €200,000 GTD European Deepstack Poker Championship and the €100,000 GTD Amateur Championship of Poker (ACOP), both of which can be reached through online satellites on WPT Global.
A $0.88 Path to a €700 Seat, Plus a €100,000 Golden Ticket
The top offer is a satellite route into the European Deepstack Poker Championship, a €700 buy-in event with a €200,000 guarantee. WPT Global lists the full progression as $0.88 to $8.80 to $88, with the $88 stage awarding a €700 European Deepstack Poker Championship seat.
The added incentive is the €100,000 Golden Ticket. According to the offer details, the winner of each $88 satellite receives a Golden Ticket, and if that same player goes on to win the European Deepstack Poker Championship, WPT Global adds €100,000 to their prize.
Players also have multiple starting options tied to the championship. An OnLive Day 1 is scheduled for Feb. 15, while live Day 1 seats in Dublin are available on Feb. 26 and Feb. 27. Day 2 is set for Feb. 28, and the final day is scheduled for March 1.
WPT Global also notes that players with Passport Dollar (PP$) balances can use PP$ directly to enter Dublin Poker Festival satellites and events.
ACOP Qualifiers Begin at $4.40
For players targeting a lower buy-in, the Amateur Championship of Poker carries a €350 buy-in and a €100,000 guarantee. Online satellites start from $4.40 and feed into $44 qualifiers that award €350 ACOP seats.
ACOP offers both online and live starting choices as well. An OnLive Day 1 is scheduled for Feb. 8, with live Day 1 flights running Feb. 19 through Feb. 21 in Dublin. Day 2 is played on Feb. 22.
