Gods of Poker Taipei: The Titan Assembly has reached its conclusion at CTP Asia Poker Arena, closing an 11-day run from January 8 to 18. With the brand’s signature Cronus Structure rewarding fast pressure and frequent shots, the series produced a clear theme: repeat winners, including multiple titles in a single day.
Player of the Series: Martijn Gerrits
No campaign stood out more than Martijn Gerrits. Across the festival, Gerrits recorded 14 cashes to claim Player of the Series, earning the crown trophy plus US$1,500 in GOP tournament credits.

Overall Series Standings
Second in the standings was Heng Zhe Hu, who cashed six times and punctuated the final day with a crushing win in the Kraken Stack Event. Hu received US$1,000 in GOP tournament credits.
Li Chih Feng finished third overall for US$500 in GOP tournament credits. Feng was bumped down by Hu on the final day, and closed the series with six cashes that included three titles.
Multi-Winners
Matching Gerrits in total wins was Ma. Arlene Rivera, who dominated the Aphrodite Events with five titles and five Aphrodite Mirrors, nearly half of the ladies-event trophies awarded in Taipei. Rivera’s Aphrodite Mirror collection has now grown to seven, after winning two at the GOP debut in Jeju last December.
Alfie Adam also delivered a standout run, posting four wins from ten cashes. Those results add to the two trophies he claimed at the GOP debut in Jeju last December.
Several players recorded two wins in a single day. Kelly Tasman was among them, and later added another title on the penultimate day to finish with six cashes.
Other single-day double winners included Edgar Asehan, David Erquiaga, Chia Hsiang Ko, and John Niko Costiniano.
Gauntlet Champions of GOP Taipei
Across the festival, Gauntlet trophies were awarded at flagship events. The mightiest of all was hoisted at the Main Event, where Chih Wei Fan captured the title and later shared on Facebook, “the boss is back!”
