Michael Mizrachi Joins GGPoker as Global Ambassador After Historic WSOP Double

The Grinder Is Back With a New Patch

Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi is back in the spotlight. Fresh off one of the greatest summers in poker history, the 2025 WSOP Main Event champion has signed on as a Global Ambassador for GGPoker, the world’s largest online poker room.

It’s the first time since the Full Tilt era that Mizrachi will sport the patch of a major online operator, and few signings have felt more fitting. With Daniel Negreanu and Fedor Holz already on the GGTeam, GGPoker just added another legend to its lineup.

A Summer for the Ages

Mizrachi’s 2025 WSOP run was nothing short of historic. In Las Vegas, he outlasted the world to win the Main Event for a life-changing $10 million and his eighth career bracelet. Just weeks earlier, he crushed the $50,000 Poker Players Championship for a record fourth time — a feat no one has ever achieved before.

Winning both the PPC and the Main Event in the same year? That’s a “Grinder” kind of summer. The back-to-back triumphs instantly sealed his place in the Poker Hall of Fame and reignited the conversation about whether Mizrachi might be the greatest closer in the game’s history.

“GGPoker Is the Future of the Game”

After the deal was announced, Mizrachi said that joining GGPoker felt like the perfect next step.

“GGPoker’s the greatest poker site right now. It’s the biggest and the best, and GG, it’s Grinder’s game, baby,” he said.

“After winning the Main Event and going straight into the Hall of Fame, I was looking for a partner that matches my ambition, and GGPoker is simply the future of the game. I’m ready to represent GGPoker globally and bring the passion of ‘The Grinder’ to the online felt.”

Taking the Grind Worldwide

Mizrachi’s post-WSOP calendar looks like a world tour. He’ll hit Estonia for the No Filter Poker Series, then head to The Bahamas for the World Tournament of Slots. Medellín, Colombia, is next for a private high-stakes game, followed by stops in Brazil, WSOP Circuit Panama, and back to Las Vegas for his own “Grinder’s Game.” In December (Dec 4–18), he’ll wrap things up at WSOP Paradise, aiming to snag yet another Super Main Event title.

And while the schedule is packed, Mizrachi says his bigger mission is to bring fun back to poker.

“I want people to actually enjoy the game again,” he said. “I’m tired of the hoodies and sunglasses. No solvers, no nothing. Just instincts, feel, and pressure. We’re gonna make poker fun again.”

Welcomed by Poker Royalty

GGPoker’s flagship ambassador Daniel Negreanu couldn’t be happier to have The Grinder on board.

“Michael Mizrachi is poker royalty,” Negreanu said. “To achieve the ‘Double’ — winning the Poker Players Championship and the Main Event in the same summer — is a feat we may never see again. That kind of enduring greatness belongs on the GGTeam.”

With Mizrachi now flying the GG flag, poker fans can expect plenty of high-stakes action, global appearances, and, of course, that trademark Grinder energy at every table he touches.
