Brazil Leads SCOOP 2026 Title Count as Series Tops $52.7M

PokerStars' Spring Championship of Online Poker closed its 18th edition with $52,722,892 in total prize money distributed across 919,776 entries.

The series ran 400 tournaments against a combined guarantee of over $45 million, with guarantees surpassed by 17%. First-place prizes totaled $8,455,844, about 16% of the overall prize pool. Six tournaments produced seven-figure prize pools.

Main Events All Beat Guarantees

All three No Limit Hold'em Main Events cleared their guarantees. The $109 Low drew 16,883 entries and generated $1.6 million against a $1.5 million guarantee. The $1,050 Mid attracted 2,673 entries and beat its $2 million guarantee by more than $670,000. The $5,200 High recorded 443 entries, clearing its $2 million guarantee by 10%. The three Main Events combined for $6,576,300 in prize money.

Biggest Non-Main Fields

The $22 Mystery Sunday Special drew the largest single field outside the Main Events, pulling 16,413 entries and a $328.2k prize pool. The $55 PKO Phased event accumulated 14,836 entries across its flights but fell short of its $750,000 guarantee.

The Sunday Million ran three times with buy-ins of $109, $215, and $530. Only the $109 edition cleared its guarantee, and narrowly, with 10,619 entries. The $215 and $530 editions were overlaid by $44,000 and $67,500, respectively. In total, 53 events required PokerStars to cover $584,276 in overlay.

Brazil Leads by a Wide Margin

Brazilian players took 105 SCOOP titles, finishing well clear of every other country. The United Kingdom placed second with 59 wins. Finland (22), Sweden (21), and Canada (18) rounded out the top five.

Mexico and Austria each posted 13 wins, Argentina recorded 12, and Ukraine added 11. Denmark and Bulgaria finished with 10 wins each, while Malta and Thailand each secured nine. Players from 39 countries claimed at least one title during the series.

18 Editions, $1.5 Billion Total

SCOOP has now generated more than $1.5 billion in combined prize money across its 18 editions. No other online poker series outside of SCOOP and WCOOP has reached that level of cumulative prize money.
