WSOP Europe 2026 Introduces Ladies Championship in Prague

The World Series of Poker has added a €1,000 Ladies Championship to the 2026 WSOP Europe schedule, with the event set to debut in Prague on Saturday, April 4. The winner will receive a specially designed gold bracelet featuring additional gemstones.

The women-only event has been added to the WSOP Europe lineup, which also includes the €10,000,000-guaranteed Main Event, one of the largest guaranteed tournaments ever held in Europe.

“As we enter a new era for WSOP Europe in Prague, it was essential that our schedule reflected the full spectrum of the poker community,” said Ty Stewart, chief executive officer of WSOP. “The Ladies Championship is always one of the most spirited and competitive environments of the summer in Las Vegas, and we are thrilled to bring that same energy and prestige to the heart of Europe. We want this to be the definitive Ladies Event on the continent.”

Confirmed Participants

UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion Mackenzie Dern registered first for the inaugural event. Other confirmed players include Leo Margets of Spain, Vanessa Kade of Canada, Kitty Kuo of Taiwan, Xuan Liu of Canada, Shiina Okamoto of Japan, Cecile Ticherfatine of France and Kasey Lyn Mills of the United States.

Vloggers Ashley Frank and Abby Merk will also compete, along with GGTeam’s Andrijana “Lijapoker” Gligoric. The WSOP plans to announce more participants through its official social media channels in the coming weeks.
