The 2025 888poker UK Poker League (UKPL) is heading to Liverpool for the very first time. From September 29 to October 5, players will gather on Merseyside for the penultimate leg of the six-stop series. The highlight is the £560 Main Event with a guaranteed £100,000 prize pool, alongside a full week of side events and satellites.
Liverpool Hosts UKPL for the First Time
888poker has run live events across the UK since 2015, but Liverpool has never featured on the tour’s calendar until now. On September 29, the festival opens with satellites and kickoff action. The £250 Opening Voyage Day 1a (£50,000 GTD) officially begins on September 30 at 12:00 p.m., followed later that day by the £150 PLO 4/5/6 Card event (£10,000 GTD).
Main Event and High Roller
On October 2, as the Opening Voyage is playing down a champion, the £1,100 High Roller begins at 2:00 p.m. with a £50,000 guarantee. At 3:00 p.m., the £560 Main Event gets underway with Day 1a. The Main Event has four Day 1 flights (Oct. 2–4) followed by Day 2 on October 5, with a guaranteed £100,000 prize pool.
