A Full Day of High-Stakes Poker
Hustler Casino Live is setting up a long day and night of poker on December 2. The stream begins at 2 p.m. PT and, if all goes to plan, will still be running when the clock hits the same time the next afternoon. Alan Keating and Nikhil “Nik Airball” Arcot are the central draw, and the show will open with several million dollars already on the table.
Entry comes with a simple rule. Anyone who sits down must bring at least one million dollars. Everyone starts with $500,000 and must keep another buy-in behind, ready to go.
A Big Cash Game Before the Winter Majors
The broader poker world is about to turn toward December’s major events, including WSOP Paradise in the Bahamas and the WPT World Championship at Wynn. Before tournament season takes over, HCL is putting on a cash game meant to stand out.
Keating and Airball will share the table with several familiar faces from the show. Sam Kiki, known to viewers as Senor Tilt, is confirmed, along with Peter Wang and DoorDash co-founder Stanley Tang. Popular regulars Jellyfish and Steve are also set to join. Steve is still remembered for being on the receiving end of the well-known 540,000 dollar punt by indicted attorney Tom Goldstein in 2024.
Keating’s First Return Since a Big April Run
This will be Keating’s first appearance on the stream since the Million Dollar Games in April, where he cleared more than 1.4 million dollars across two sessions. He remains one of the most followed players on HCL despite playing only a few times each year. He has also been in the news recently after calling out the producer of a WSOP documentary he took part in for using AI-generated quotes.
High Blinds and Extra Side Action
The game will run at blinds of 500 and 1,000 dollars with a 2,000 dollar big blind ante. There will also be extra action on the side including a 2,000 dollar squid game and a bounty game that could send stacks swinging quickly.
Revisiting HCL’s First 24-Hour Stream
Hustler Casino Live made history last year by running the first fully live-streamed 24-hour cash game. The upcoming edition raises the stakes considerably. Keating headlined that 2023 marathon as well and played for more than 16 hours, the second longest stretch of anyone. No player lasted the entire 24 hours.
This year’s plan is for players to rotate in and out over the course of the broadcast. It is unlikely that the opening lineup will still be in their seats when the next afternoon arrives.
