Kristen Foxen captured the 2026 WSOP $25,000 No-Limit Hold’em High Roller title, defeating Galen Hall heads-up to secure her sixth WSOP bracelet and a career-best $1,773,083 payday.
The Canadian pro added another major result to an already elite WSOP record. Before this victory, Foxen had five bracelets, with wins in the 2013 $1,000 No-Limit Hold’em Ladies Event, the 2016 $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em Bounty, the 2020 $2,500 No-Limit Hold’em 6-Handed event, the 2023 $888 No-Limit Hold’em Crazy 8’s, and the 2024 $1,000 No-Limit Hold’em 6-Max.
Foxen Builds Momentum at the Final Table
Foxen’s first major final-table breakthrough came against Ignacio Moron, who finished in fifth place. She won a race with pocket eights against Moron’s ace-ten, giving her more room to build momentum.
Another key shift came when Biao Ding shoved from the small blind with king-seven. Foxen called with ace-eight, improved to a flush on the river, and sent Ding out in third place.
That pot set up heads-up play between Foxen and Galen Hall. The two began the duel with nearly even stacks, but Hall moved in front after making a flush against Foxen’s two pair in a three-bet pot.
Foxen later regained control in the largest pot of the match. Both players turned a straight, but Foxen’s queen-high straight had Hall’s jack-high straight dominated. After that hand, Foxen held most of the chips in play.
The tournament ended on the very next hand. Foxen limped from the small blind with pocket aces, Hall shoved with ace-four offsuit, and Foxen called. Her aces held, giving her the title and her sixth WSOP bracelet.
