Adrian Mateos continued his strong 2026 run with a win in Event #2 of the PGT Summer Series.
Mateos topped a 30-entry field in the $15,700 No-Limit Hold’em tournament, earning $180,000 and 144 PGT points. It was his second PGT cash of the season, following an 18th-place finish in the WSOP $50,000 High Roller.
Five players finished in the money. Mateos defeated Vinny Lingham heads-up for the title, while Yuan Lei, Aleksejs Ponakovs, and Emilien Pitavy also cashed.

The PGT Summer Series is scheduled to continue on Tuesday, June 16, with Event #3: $5,300 Pot-Limit Omaha. It is the first of two PLO events on the schedule, with the second $5,300 PLO event set for Wednesday, June 17.
