Matt Higgins has reached double digits on the WSOP Circuit.

Higgins won the $1,700 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event at Horseshoe Tunica, topping a field of 367 entries for $110,851 and his 10th WSOP Circuit ring. The tournament generated a $556,005 prize pool, surpassing its $400,000 guarantee.

It was Higgins’ third WSOP Circuit Main Event title and his second Main Event win at Horseshoe Tunica.

A Second Tunica Main Event Win

The victory came two months after Higgins won his first WSOP bracelet in Las Vegas for a $1 million prize.

Reaching 10 WSOP Circuit rings puts him among a relatively small group of players to reach double digits on the Circuit.

The Horseshoe Tunica series ran from August 20 to 31 in Robinsonville, Mississippi. Its $1,700 Main Event began with two starting flights on August 28 and 29 and drew 367 entries.
