Po Hao Liao Wins APT Incheon Ultra Stack for Maiden APT Title

Po Hao Liao wins the Ultra Stack at APT Incheon 2026 for KRW 65,639,878, earning his first APT title.

Taiwan’s Po Hao Liao closed out APT Incheon 2026 with the biggest live tournament score of his career, winning Event #90: Ultra Stack for KRW 65,639,878 (approximately USD 46,553) and his first APT title.

The two-day tournament drew 600 entries across three starting flights and generated a KRW 339 million prize pool. A total of 84 players advanced to the Final Day at Paradise City, with each guaranteed at least KRW 1,060,000 (approximately USD 752).

Liao Converts Strong Final Day Position Into the Title

Liao entered the Final Day with 1,755,000 chips after finishing third in the Flight B chip counts.

He carried that position through to the title, finishing first from the 600-entry field.

Japan’s Masayuki Suzuki finished runner-up for KRW 40,860,000 (approximately USD 28,979). The payout was more than four times larger than his previous best live tournament score and set a new career high.

China’s Jie Zheng took third place for KRW 29,240,000 (approximately USD 20,738). Zheng had entered the Final Day after finishing second in the Flight C chip counts and was seeking the second APT title of his career.

Six More Champions Crowned on the Final Day

The final day of APT Incheon 2026 also produced six additional side-event champions.

Atsushi Higashi won Event #101: Micro Main Event after topping a 309-entry field. He collected KRW 19,857,910 (approximately USD 14,083), earning his first APT title and setting a new career-best live tournament score.

Shunsuke Senoo claimed Event #102: High Roller – Last Chance, finishing first from 79 entries for KRW 56,308,000 (approximately USD 39,935). The victory gave him his maiden APT title and the biggest live tournament score of his career.

China’s Wang Zhiyu topped the 29-entry Event #103: PL Omaha High for KRW 6,197,987 (approximately USD 4,396), securing his first APT title.

Zicong Jiang also earned his maiden APT title on the final day, winning Event #104: Turbo – Double Stack. He finished first from 112 entries and collected KRW 9,152,867 (approximately USD 6,491).

Thailand’s Anusorn Asiralertsiri secured the second APT title of his career in Event #105: Turbo – High Roller, topping a 77-entry field for KRW 28,039,600 (approximately USD 19,886).

Daisuke Yamazaki won Event #106: Turbo – NL Omaha Hi-Lo – 5 Card (Big O), defeating a 37-entry field for KRW 4,390,947 (approximately USD 3,114) and his first APT title.

APT Incheon 2026 concluded its ten-day run at Paradise City on August 16, 2026.
