Benjamin Rolle, known online as “bencb789,” claimed his first World Series of Poker bracelet after winning the 2025 WSOP Online Main Event. The professional earned $3,900,707 by topping a field of 5,961 players in the $5,000 buy-in tournament, which generated a $28,314,750 prize pool. Rolle outlasted a competitive final table and sealed the title after a short heads-up battle against Anatoly Zlotnikov.
The victory is redemption for Rolle, who reached the 2024 WSOP Online Main Event final table but finished in 8th place. Unlike last year, where he entered as the short stack, this time he started as chip leader and controlled much of the action. Rolle, founder of the poker training site Raise Your Edge, has long been recognized for his educational content and live streams. This bracelet adds a prestigious title to his career and proves his strategies can stand up at the game’s highest level.

Rolle Regains the Chip Lead

A crucial hand for Rolle came against Andreas Christoforou. Rolle opened the button with A♦K♠, and Christoforou shoved 20 big blinds from the small blind with 7♥7♦. Rolle snap-called, and the flop delivered Broadway, leaving Christoforou drawing dead by the turn. Rolle reclaimed the chip lead as Christoforou exited in 7th place.
Moments later, Santiago Plante shoved from the small blind with K♠7♣, but Rolle called from the big blind with A♥10♦. The board ran 10♥3♠4♠6♦4♥, giving Rolle top pair and the knockout in 6th place.
Rabas and Zlotnikov Deliver Knockouts

Felix Rabas eliminated Marco Agustin Perez in 5th place before Zlotnikov won a key flip against Daniel Smiljkovic. Holding K♠Q♦, Zlotnikov improved against Smiljkovic’s pocket sixes, ending Smiljkovic’s run in 4th place.

Three-handed play brought the most pivotal clash of the tournament. Rolle called from the small blind with A♥K♣, and Rabas raised to 12,250,000 with A♠9♠. The turn 8♦ and river K♥ improved Rolle to a full house, securing a massive double-up. Shortly after, Rabas was eliminated in 3rd place by Zlotnikov’s pocket aces.
Heads-Up Showdown: Rolle vs. Zlotnikov

The heads-up duel was brief. Rolle doubled with A-K against Zlotnikov’s K-J, leaving Zlotnikov short-stacked. On the final hand, Zlotnikov limped the small blind with A♠9♥, and Rolle jammed with K♠Q♠. Zlotnikov called, but the board ran 5♠K♥2♥J♠K♦, giving Rolle trips to clinch the title.
With the win, Rolle earned $3,900,707, his first WSOP bracelet, and redemption for last year’s near miss. The triumph cements his status as one of the top minds in online poker.
