With just days remaining in the 2025 Triton Poker calendar, Russia’s Artur Martirosian holds the lead in the Triton Poker Ivan Leow Player of the Year (POY) standings, though American star Alex Foxen remains within striking distance as the final stop of the season plays out at Landing Casino in Jeju.
Now in its fourth season, the Ivan Leow POY award honors consistency and excellence across all Triton events, including this year’s newly introduced Triton One festival. Alongside one of poker’s most coveted trophies, the eventual winner will also secure a $200,000 prize and a ceremony befitting the game’s elite. Previous winners include Danny Tang and Jason Koon, while the award itself commemorates Triton co-founder Ivan Leow, who passed away in 2022.
Martirosian’s Consistency Puts Him on Top
Martirosian has put together a dominant 2025 campaign, collecting 20 cashes and amassing 4,442 points on the Triton leaderboard. The three-time WSOP bracelet winner has yet to finish outside the top four in Player of the Festival standings at any of this year’s main Triton stops, including Monte-Carlo, Jeju, and Montenegro.
His biggest challenger is Foxen, who has enjoyed a stellar run of his own, highlighted by a third Triton title in Montenegro’s $25K NLH 8-Handed. Foxen currently sits on 4,022 points, the only other player above the 4,000 mark and still well within reach of overtaking Martirosian in Jeju.
Behind them, Canada’s Dan Dvoress, U.S. pro Jesse Lonis, and Thailand’s Punnat Punsri round out the top five. While mathematically alive, they face an uphill battle with the Jeju II series being the final opportunity to make up ground.

Triton One Festival Reshapes the Race
A major change this year came with the inclusion of the Triton One festival, where $10,000+ buy-in events also contributed toward the season-long standings. This addition created more paths to accumulate points and intensified competition for the top spot.
One standout performer has been Singapore’s Jun Hao Wu, who captured the $15K Triton One High Roller title in Jeju for $969,000. That victory pushed him to the front of the Jeju II Player of the Festival leaderboard with 1,121 points.
However, with high-stakes action still on the schedule in Jeju, including multiple marquee events, Wu faces strong pressure from Foxen, Ebony Kenney, James Mendoza, and others.

Final Days in Jeju Will Decide It All
With just nine days left in the Triton season, Martirosian enters Jeju II as the frontrunner for the Ivan Leow POY crown. However, Foxen remains a live threat, and the volatile high-stakes format means even small shifts in fortune could flip the standings.
Whether “King Artur” can seal the title or whether Foxen or another late contender surges to the finish line, the closing stretch in Jeju promises high drama and a fitting end to Triton’s most competitive season yet.
