PokerStars has brought back SpinGoal, its football-themed Spin & Go promotion. Running from October 12 to November 8, the promotion offers more than $100,000 in cash prizes.
SpinGoal first appeared during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Inspired by football sticker albums, the promotion lets players collect pieces representing 27 squad members by playing Spin & Go tournaments. Winning a tournament is not required to collect a piece.
How SpinGoal Works
Players must opt in to the SpinGoal Puzzle through the Challenges window in the PokerStars client.
SpinGoal is available only under the following licenses: .BG, .CH, .COM, .EE, .EU, .GR, .RO, .UK and .BETFAIR.UK.
The 27-member squad includes two strikers, four defenders, four midfielders, one goalkeeper, one coach, five substitutes and 10 squad players.
Spin & Go Buy-ins and Prize Pools
Spin & Go tournaments are three-player Hyper-Turbo Sit & Go games available in Hold'em and Omaha, with buy-ins ranging from $0.50 to $1,000.
Tournament prize pools are randomly determined, with potential prizes of up to $1 million. That maximum applies to Spin & Go tournaments, not the SpinGoal promotion.
Spin & Go Strategy Resources
PokerStars Learn has developed a series of Spin & Go strategy videos with PokerStars Ambassador Nick Walsh.
The videos cover basic gameplay, positional play and push/fold strategy. Players are also encouraged to check their bankroll before choosing a buy-in they can comfortably afford.
