Record Field Sets New WSOP Ladies Event Benchmark

The 2026 WSOP Ladies Event became the largest in the tournament’s history with 1,475 total entrants, surpassing the previous record of 1,368 set in 2025.

Played over four days at Paris and Horseshoe Las Vegas, the event ended with six players making their first WSOP final table appearance and each chasing a first WSOP bracelet.

Chen Claims Her First WSOP Bracelet

Chen built momentum late on Day 3 and moved into contention after a key double elimination during the final two tables. She returned for the final table near the top of the leaderboard and stayed composed as the title came into view.

At the final table, Chen picked her spots carefully as the field narrowed. She went on to defeat Aubrey Williams heads-up to secure the title, her first WSOP bracelet, and the $194,630 winner’s prize.

Final Hand Seals the Title

On the final hand, Chen moved all-in from the button, and Williams took time before making the call.

Chen held pocket fours against Williams’ ace-five of clubs. The flop paired the board and gave Williams additional outs, but the turn and river did not change the result. Chen’s pocket fours held, ending the tournament and confirming her as the 2026 WSOP Ladies Event champion.
